Rules For Happiness

Being happy is not as hard as it seems. People just need something to do, someone to love, and something to hope for. With the first one, having something to do that makes you look forward to the day will help  you to be happy as soon as you wake up. Dreading the day’s activities will make you instantly irritable. Having someone to love, even if it’s a pet, will help you find all of the positive things in life that are worth smiling about. The last part, having something to hope for, gives you something happy to focus on.
