Being grateful is a great way to make yourself feel better. Benefits of gratitude include a more positive attitude, better energy and productivity, and improved health. One of the best ways to improve your feelings of gratitude is to make a list of everything that you are grateful for, and then cross out everything that can be purchased. Then, focus on, and appreciate, the intangible things on your list. You can also tell people that you appreciate them more often, and find joy in the little things. You should also continue to reference your gratitude list, and add to it when necessary.
