Doctor K: Positive thinking still good advice

Different aspects of positive psychology work in different ways, but they are all important. These aspects include: focusing on your strengths and virtues to discover who you are and grow, being grateful for the good things ion your life, and savoring pleasure to make sure you aren’t just always waiting for something good to happen. Other things you can do include going with the flow to make the little things fall away, being aware of mindfulness to accept the present without judgment, practicing self compassion to help you not beat yourself up when you fail, and trying to find meaning in your life.
