Couples Therapy

Romantic relationships are a central part of life for many of us.  They bring us joy, but also frustration at times.  Most couples have times when they struggle to connect with each other and could benefit from having an objective third party who can help them communicate more effectively.  Couple therapy focuses on helping partners develop skills for communicating effectively and resolving conflict so that they can  get back to feeling the love that brought them together.

Couple therapy is helpful for the following concerns:

  • Communication problems
  • Frequent arguments
  • Difficulty resolving conflicts
  • Lack of intimacy, trust, & affection
  • Pre-marital counseling
