Can Dirt Be Good For Your Marriage?

Diseases and conditions such as asthma, autism, cancer, arthritis, obesity, and multiple sclerosis may, ironically, be more prevalent in our lives than ever before because of our more sterile living conditions. By not being introduced to dirt and bacteria as children, our immune systems never learn to fight foreign pathogens properly. The same concept may be true for the health of marriages. A healthy level of disagreement and arguing might actually be beneficial to the overall strength of the relationship. This, of course, should be followed up by making amends and forgiving each other, even if your partner doesn’t apologize.
