Creating happiness can be achieved with three simple habits. Expressing gratitude at the dinner table with the family is a great way to start being happier. Have your family find things throughout the day that they are grateful for, and report your findings to each other as you eat together. Accepting compliments is another way that you can increase your happiness. Instead of skirting around compliments when people give them to you, acknowledge them head on, and thank them. Lastly, eliminating negative self talk is very important. Try looking at things you would normally talk down on yourself for in a more positive light.
